Pastor Jeff K. Weathersby was born and raised in Jackson, MS where he now resides. In December 1990, the son of a strong man of God and loving mother began his journey in ministry. He accepted this call to a mighty work under the covering of Robert E. Cook of Greater New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, MS. Pastor Cook began the foundation in Pastor Weathersby’s ministry by instilling in him the various duties of a minister as well as a pastor.

Before understanding the purpose God had for his life, Pastor Weathersby received an Associated Degree from Hinds Community College in Auto Body repair. He has been in business for himself for approximately twenty five years. Since Pastor Weathersby’s transformation, he has attended McKinley Theological Seminary and Wesley Biblical Seminary both in Jackson, MS. He has also received a B.A. in Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. Pastor Weathersby was chosen as Coordinator for Christian Education for the Simpson County Baptist Association in December 2002. Additional Christian Education includes classes and courses from The Church Management and Tax Conference in Shreveport, La. and also counseling studies for families and marriages.

Pastor Weathersby has a passion for conquering lost souls and freeing spiritually bound believers. His vision for Omega Ministries of MS is to move the people to the next dimension in Christ through the revelation knowledge of God.
